With over 2 decades of experience in Hospitality industry. Mrs CHODEN driving force behind the Amala Kitchen. Previously Managing owner of Ala Carte Restaurant in Himalayan Kingdom of BHUTAN, Worked as floor to executive in various role in 5-star hotel including Aman resorts and Como the Treasury respectively.
She has a flair for creating unforgettable dining experiences and customer care known for her theatrical presentation.
CHODEN combines culinary artistry with expert knowledge of food and beverage ensuring every meal and dining is a memorable performance.
